Our story
Every parent wants the same thing — a healthy and happy family.
Growing up in Karaikal, Puducherry, Rumana Jasmine watched her mother and grandmother prepare simple, homemade foods with love and care. Fresh ingredients, traditional recipes, and patience were all they needed. Healthy eating was never complicated — it was simply a way of life.
As time went on, she noticed that many everyday foods had become more processed, with long ingredient lists that parents often found difficult to understand. That made her wonder:
“Why can’t healthy eating be as simple as it used to be?”
That simple question became the beginning of Namma Hearth.
Namma Hearth was created with one purpose — to bring back the traditional and simplest way of eating healthy. Every product is thoughtfully prepared using carefully selected ingredients and inspired by traditional recipes that families have trusted for generations.
Before any product becomes part of Namma Hearth, one simple question is always asked:
“Would I happily serve this to my own family?”
If the answer is not yes, it doesn’t become part of our brand.
We believe healthy eating doesn’t need to be complicated. Simple ingredients, honest preparation, and genuine care are often all we need.
At Namma Hearth, we are not just creating food — we are helping families enjoy simple, nourishing meals with confidence, just as generations before us did.
