When can my baby start Namma Hearth cereals?
Our cereals are suitable from 6 months of age, as part of complementary feeding alongside breast milk or formula. Introduce one new food at a time and consult your pediatrician about your baby’s individual needs.
How do I place an order?
Add cereals to your cart and check out on the site, or write to support@nammahearth.com. We ship across Tamil Nadu in small, fresh lots.
Is there really no added sugar?
None — no refined sugar, jaggery, juice concentrates or sweeteners. Any sweetness is the grain or the fruit itself. Read more on the science page.
How should I store an opened pack?
Airtight, cool and dry — use within 30 days of opening. Because we add no preservatives, we make small batches and print a short best-before honestly.
How do I prepare the Raw Nendran Banana cereal?
Whisk 2 tablespoons into 150 ml water or milk, then cook the porridge on a low flame for approximately 5–6 minutes before serving. Cool to a safe temperature and serve fresh.
