Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Sprouted Ragi Cereal
- 150 ml Warm water (or expressed breast milk / formula — not cow’s milk under 1 year)
- 1–2 tbsp Steamed & mashed apple

Method
- Steam the apple Steam peeled apple pieces until soft, then mash to a smooth purée.
- Cook the porridge Whisk the ragi cereal into warm liquid and simmer on low for 2 minutes, stirring.
- Combine & serve Stir the apple purée through the warm porridge. Cool to a safe temperature and serve.
Serving
Serve fresh and warm. Use well-ripened apple for natural sweetness — no sugar needed.
