Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Sprouted Ragi Cereal
- 200 ml Warm water or expressed breast milk
- 1/2 Ripe banana or mashed fruit

Method
- Cook the base Cook the ragi cereal in a little water on low for 2 minutes to make a smooth paste, then cool.
- Blend Blend the cooled ragi paste with the remaining liquid and ripe fruit until smooth.
- Serve Serve chilled or at room temperature in an open cup or beaker.
Serving
Best for older babies (from around 8–9 months) and toddlers who drink from a cup.
Storage
Serve fresh; do not store.
