Return & Refund Policy

For hygiene and food-safety reasons, opened or used food products cannot be returned. Please read the eligible cases below before raising a request.

Eligible for replacement or refund

We will gladly replace or refund your order if you receive:

• ✓A damaged package
• ✓A wrong product
• ✓A product with a broken seal
• ✓A defective or contaminated product

How to report an issue

Please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery by emailing support@nammahearth.com with:

• •Order Number
• •Clear photos of the package and product
• •A continuous unboxing video showing the package before opening and the issue found

An unboxing video greatly helps us verify claims quickly. Claims without sufficient supporting evidence may take longer to process.

Refund process

Once your request is verified (within 2–5 business days), we will either:

• •Send a replacement product, or
• •Issue a refund to your original payment method.

Non-eligible returns

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

• ✕Opened or used products
• ✕Change of mind
• ✕Taste or personal preference
• ✕Incorrect orders placed by the customer

Order cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, they cannot be cancelled.

Shipping & delivery

Orders are made fresh in small batches in Karaikal and typically delivered within 3–5 business days. Free shipping is available across Tamil Nadu. You will receive tracking details by email once your order is dispatched.

Governing law & jurisdiction

This Return & Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Karaikal, Puducherry.
