This website (nammahearth.com) is operated by NammaHearth™, based at 16/4, Puduthurai Road, Rasi Nagar, Karaikal, Puducherry – 609602, India. We make and sell baby cereals and related food products.
2. Accepting these terms
By browsing this website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you accept these terms and our Return & Refund Policy, and that you agree to comply with them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or place an order.
3. Your account
- You must give accurate, current information when creating an account or placing an order, and keep your login details confidential.
- You're responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at support@nammahearth.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
- You can sign in with your email or mobile number and a password, or with Google — either way, the same account terms apply.
- We may suspend or close an account that we reasonably believe is fraudulent, abusive, or in breach of these terms.
4. Products, pricing & availability
- All prices shown are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST, unless stated otherwise.
- We take reasonable care to display prices and product details accurately, but errors can occasionally happen — if we find a pricing error on your order, we'll contact you before proceeding.
- Product availability, packaging and formulation may change over time; the images and descriptions on the website are representative, not contractual.
- We may run promotional pricing, coupons or limited-time offers at our discretion, and may end or change these at any time.
5. Orders & payment
- Placing an order is an offer to buy — we confirm it once your payment is verified, at which point a contract of sale is formed.
- All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We never see or store your full card, UPI or bank details.
- We calculate and verify every order's price, discounts, taxes and total on our servers at the time of payment — the amount charged is always the amount we've independently confirmed, not a value sent from your browser.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a pricing error occurred, or we suspect fraud — in which case any amount already paid will be refunded.
6. NH Credit & coupons
NH Credit and coupon codes are promotional tools we may offer at our discretion, subject to the following:
- You earn NH Credit as soon as you pay for an order, at the rate shown on the website, on the amount you pay in real money (not on any portion of that same order paid using NH Credit).
- NH Credit may also be issued to your account outside of this — for example as a one-time welcome credit when you sign up, where offered.
- 1 NH Credit = ₹1. You can apply your available NH Credit at checkout to pay for part or all of an order (up to any limit shown at checkout).
- NH Credit does not currently expire.
- If you return items, the cashback you earned on those items is taken back from your NH Credit when you place the return, and given back if the return isn't approved. If you have already spent that cashback, the amount is deducted from your refund — we ask you to agree to this before the return is placed; if you don't agree, please contact us instead. Your balance never goes below zero. The same applies to an order that is cancelled after payment.
- If you return an item from an order where NH Credit was used, the NH Credit you redeemed on that order is restored.
NH Credit and coupons have no cash value outside this website and cannot be exchanged for cash. We may correct or reverse a credit or coupon applied in error or as a result of misuse.
7. Shipping & delivery
Orders are made fresh in small batches in Karaikal and typically delivered within 3–5 business days. Free shipping is available across Tamil Nadu & Puducherry. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by courier delays outside our control. See Shipping & Delivery.
8. Returns, refunds & cancellations
Returns, replacements and refunds are handled under our separate Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Website content & intellectual property
All content on this website — including the NammaHearth™ name and logo, text, product photography, recipes and graphics — belongs to NammaHearth™ or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use, but may not copy, reproduce or repurpose our content commercially without our written permission.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this website — including attempting unauthorised access to any account or system, submitting false or fraudulent orders or return requests, or using the site in any way that could damage, disable or impair it. We may suspend or terminate an account we reasonably believe is being used this way.
11. Health & product use
Our products are complementary foods intended for infants 6 months and older and are not a substitute for breast milk. Please check ingredient and allergen information on the product page before purchase, and consult your pediatrician before introducing any new food to your child, particularly if they have known allergies or health conditions.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, NammaHearth™ is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our products, beyond our obligations under applicable consumer protection law and our Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be excluded under Indian law.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our products, policies or the law. The “Last updated” date above shows when they were last revised. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
14. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Karaikal, Puducherry.
