Mashed ripe banana1/2
Warm water or expressed breast milk3–4 tbsp

How to make it

Make the batter
Mix the Sweet Potato Cereal with mashed banana and enough warm liquid to form a thick, spoonable batter. Rest for 5 minutes.

Cook gently
Heat a little ghee in a non-stick pan on low. Spoon small rounds and cook 1–2 minutes each side until set and lightly golden.

Cool & serve
Cool to a safe temperature and cut into soft strips your baby can hold.

Serve as a soft finger food from around 9 months, cut into easy-to-hold strips.
