Sprouted Ragi Cereal2 tbsp
Warm water150 ml
Steamed & mashed carrot / bottle gourd2 tbsp

How to make it

Steam vegetables

Steam soft vegetables such as carrot or bottle gourd until very tender, then mash smooth.

Whisk the ragi cereal into warm water and simmer on low for 2 minutes.
